BOIL WATER NOTICES ARE NO LONGER IN EFFECT – Gulf Shores Utilities has discontinued all Boil Water Notices. We appreciate all of your patience as we have worked to ensure water quality in all service areas.
WATER OUTAGE NOTICE – At this time, Gulf Shores Utilities has restored water service throughout the entire system. We do not anticipate shutting down any water service going forward unless there is an emergency situation that would require us to do so. If you are experiencing water outage, please call our office at 251-968-6323 to report your outage. We have a 24-hour answering service so you can contact us at any time.
SANITARY SEWER NOTICE – Gulf Shores Utilities has issued a notice that all sewer lift stations have been pumped down to a safe level to accommodate customer sewage pumping. If customers have power or are using generator power to operate their grinder pumps it should not create a strain on our system at this time. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as we have moved through this recovery process.
SANITARY SEWER OVERFLOW NOTICES – Sanitary sewer overflows have been reported in the locations listed below in the aftermath of Hurricane Sally. Crews were dispatched promptly to remediate the situations. We will continue to update this list with locations and dates as we move through this Disaster Recovery process.
