To Set Up Water Service
RENTER
We have provided an online SERVICE APPLICATION form that you can fill out, and send in advance. This form will allow you attach the necessary documents listed below, you will however need to come to the office to pay deposit and fees. If you prefer to print documents and bring to the office, a PDF is available to download.
RENTER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR EXISTING WATER SERVICE SETUP:
| 1. | SERVICE APPLICATION – ONLINE FORM / PDF |
| 2. | COPY OF LEASE (or permission document showing your name, unit# & lease start date) |
| 3. | COPY OF DRIVER’S LICENSE |
| 4. | $100 DEPOSIT |
| 5. | $25 TRANSFER FEE IF WATER IS ON (Deposit and transfer to be paid with cash, check or money order – no cards, come into the office before receipt can be issued showing fees are paid) |
| 6. | IF WATER SERVICE HAS BEEN TURNED OFF, THE FEE IS $50 WITHIN 120 DAY, $100 OVER 120 DAYS. |
